Beginning Exercises on the Gym Ball for Spinal Stability

The lady in this video does an excellent job demonstrating the phase one exercises of our stabilization program.  At only 5 minutes long this video provides a quick tutorial if you’re not quite sure of your form yet.  It is also a great refresher if you’ve fallen of the wagon.
