Work on the “Doc and Renada’s” Renovation Resumes.

Things have finally started moving forward on Doc and Renada’s again. The second floor is up and the siding and windows should be completed this week.  Hopefully we’ll have it in the dry by next Friday with a nice new roof.

Renada is doing a fabulous job coordinating all this activity.  She always amazes me!  She says Lynn is doing a great job as well.  They have never been as on top of things as they are right now.

Here are a couple of pics showing the recent progress. They’re from my cell phone so the quality is lacking but you get the general idea.

With the way the business environment has changed since starting this project, we are not too sure what the retail space will become.  Our current plan is for a chiropractic studio (The Spine Studio) but not too sure what else?  Possibly still a Design Center / Upscale Gift Shop or Art Studio / Coffee Shop / Sweet Shop… Just not sure yet.  We do plan to live downstairs in the 3rd Street space.
